More cooking with Zen! This time around I have written up a recipe for some wings. I made these for a new years party once, and they were a pretty big hit. Thought I would share their tastiness.

1 pkg chicken wings
10-12 oz of your favorite buffalo sauce (When in doubt, go with Frank’s!)
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare sauce by heating together buffalo and soy sauces, lime juice, butter, brown sugar and garlic, stiring until smooth. Prep chicken by brushing with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until outside is golden. Remove chicken from oven and brush with sauce. Bake for and additional 10 minutes, repeating once. Remove when internal tempature has reached 165 degrees. Serve with an additional coating of sauce.
