It has been many years since lifeofZEN has seen an update. When I first started this adventure, I was only just beginning to seriously explore my culinary curiosities.
This recipe is my own take on traditional pho, a dish I have grown to liking quite a bit these days. There is something home-style about the dish that keeps me coming back to its rich brothy depths.
This recipe is inspired by something I purchased outside of a pho restaurant during Pride in Seattle earlier this summer. It was very simple to prepare and cook, and would probably make for a great party snack.
